Vegetable potato crisps with SALDORO ancient salt with organic chilli

250 g potatoes
500 g root vegetables
SALDORO ancient salt
Oil
Baking paper
Zubereitung
Peel, wash, grate or cut the potatoes and vegetables into very thin slices.
Spread the potatoes and vegetables out on baking paper, sprinkle with SALDORO ancient salt with organic chilli. Let them stand for about 30 minutes and then dab dry using kitchen roll.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the vegetables and potatoes until crispy for about 1-4 minutes. Season with salt and then leave to cool on a paper towel and serve as a snack.
