All four types of SALDORO crystal salts are naturally 100% smooth flowing.
Still not sure which salt you prefer? We’ve put together some information as well as a delicious recipe.
SALDORO iodised crystal salt
Because our bodies can’t produce iodine themselves, we need to get it from our food. If we consume too little of this trace element, the body quickly notices and expresses the deficiency, for instance through a loss of concentration, a lack of drive or fatigue.
According to the German Nutrition Society (DGE) our daily requirement of iodine is 0.18-0.2mg.

Salt with iodine, fluoride and folic acid
Folic acid is a vitamin B with many important functions. A deficiency of folic acid can be expressed by fatigue and a loss of appetite. Folic acid is particularly important for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is responsible for growth processes and cell division and promotes health in the mother and her child.
According to the DGE, the recommended daily intake of folic acid for anyone aged 10 and up is 150µg.
