Meatballs

For the meatballs:

• 400 g mixed minced meat
• 100 g breadcrumbs
• 70 g onions
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 8 cl milk
• 1 egg
• 3 tsp marjoram
• 3 tsp sweet paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp SALDORO crystal salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2 tsp mustard medium hot

For frying:

• 50 g breadcrumbs to roll
• Oil for frying
