One-pot pasta: Spaghetti with broccoli and creamy lemon

Ingredients
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g cream
400 ml vegetable stock
200 g pasta
1 lemon
500 g broccoli
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp SALDORO pink ancient salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Finely dice the onion and sauté in olive oil in a deep frying pan.
Pour in the vegetable stock and cream and grate the lemon. Add salt, pepper, oregano and lemon zest to the pan and bring to the boil.
Add the spaghetti and cover and simmer for around 5 minutes.
In the meantime, separate the broccoli into florets and add to the pasta. Simmer for a further 5 minutes until the pasta is al dente and the broccoli is cooked but still firm to the bite.
Finally, stir in the Parmesan cheese and arrange the pasta on plates.
