- Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and divide among the plates.
- Drain the mozzarella and also divide among the plates.
- Pluck the basil leaves and arrange them.
- Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustar, pepper, and agave syrup together and drizzle over the salad.
- Sprinkle the pistachios and sea salt on top.
Tip: The salad can be served with a fresh baguette.
