The pink colouration of the salt crystals is the result of minerals and traces of iron mixed in with the salt. This rock salt is 250 million years old and comes from the salt deposits of northern Germany. Its practical, see-through 3kg bucket is perfect for professional kitchens. Once the product has been used up, the rectangular bucket is suitable for environmentally friendly reuse in many ways in the kitchen.
