Pasta casserole with mountain cheese, onions and bacon

Ingredients
500 g Spirelli pasta
200 g mountain cheese
250 g diced bacon
300 g onions
2 tbsp of oil
250 g quark 20%
3 eggs
1 tsp SALDORO natural salt fine
1/2 tsp caraway
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Dice onions and fry them in a pan in oil until golden brown. Add bacon and fry. Grate mountain cheese.
Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
Mix curd cheese, eggs, salt, caraway, mountain cheese and cooked noodles and fill into an oven dish. If you like, keep some grated cheese and put it on top for a particularly crispy crust.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C convection oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.
