- Coarsely chop and roast the walnuts and let cool.
- Wash the strawberries, let drain, remove the leaves and finely slice the berries. Peel the mangos, cut the fruit from the stone and dice.
- Stir the lime juice in a bowl with one generous pinch of SALDORO pink ancient salt and pepper and add the oil. Stir in the strawberries, diced mango and walnut pieces.
- Place the tortilla chips on a tray or platter. Set the strawberry mango salad in the middle. Cut the ham into bite-size pieces and arrange on top.
The salad can be prepared in advance and sit for an hour. But mix the chips in just before serving so they don’t get too soggy!
